As the Manager of IM Certified Facilitators, Kiana’s work with IM focuses on developing and implementing an optimal facilitator journey ensuring educators deliver a high-quality professional learning experience that is deeply aligned with the IM Curricula and is guided by the IM authors. Before joining the team at IM, Kiana developed, delivered, and managed large-scale professional development in her role as a professional learning facilitator with Agile Mind and manager of Professional Learning with Discovery Education. Kiana lives in Palmetto, FL and her guilty pleasure is binge-watching documentaries on Netflix.
